Multi award-winning and BAFTA recognised feature length film about the 'hostile environment' for migrants in the UK. I worked closely with and learned from award-winning director Sonita Gale (Galeforce Films).
Along the way, I met members of the Windrush Generation, families, politicians, activists and community groups. The film screened across the UK at Picturehouse and Curzon, and continues to have a highly successful impact campaign raising awareness of issues facing migrants in the UK. Described by Jon Snow (CH4) “An important and revealing film with critical questions and revelations about UK society in the 21st Century” and Peter Bradshaw (The Guardian) as "a powerful film".
