JEAN COOKE: DELIGHT IN THE THING SEEN (2017)
WRITER AND DIRECTOR
Short documentary about painter Jean Cooke (1927 - 2008), exploring her turbulent marriage in the early 1950s to fellow painter John Bratby and how she reclaimed her own sense of identity through her self portraits. Her story is shared through close friend and photographer Linda Sole, and curator Robert Travels (Paino Nobile Gallery).
